Veloce - Who said an MVP had to be ugly?

MVPEcommerceWebsiteAutomotiveArt

Veloce is not just a simple fictitious demonstration project; it is tangible proof that one can combine sleek design and surgical execution without spending months on it. Last night, Exfra studio set itself a challenge: to code a premium automotive e-commerce configurator in 60 minutes flat. This creative interlude perfectly illustrates our DNA, namely a high-level development capability that is ultra-fast and fundamentally product-oriented.

The challenge of lightning execution

The goal was not to build an endless showcase application, but to demonstrate that a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) can offer a premium experience from its very first iteration. To meet this strict one-hour deadline, we had to drastically prioritize the user experience and focus on the essentials:

  • An ultra-responsive configurator: The heart of the product allows you to change editions instantly, without the slightest latency.
  • A frictionless user journey: The experience was voluntarily limited to 3 iconic automotive models to get straight to the point, avoid choice paralysis, and maximize visual impact.
  • A minimalist interface: The UI design steps back completely to let the final product take center stage with a clean and modern aesthetic.

The technical stack at the service of velocity

To support this lightning-fast development speed, we selected and deployed a modern software architecture designed for efficiency.

  • Fluid frontend with Next.js: Using the framework to design a rich and responsive web interface, perfectly managing the complex states of the configurator.
  • Agile backend with Supabase: Extremely fast deployment of the backend and database to avoid wasting a single minute on infrastructure configuration.
  • AI-augmented development: The 60-minute execution was amplified thanks to the assistance of Gemini Flash and 3.1 Pro, used through Antigravity to generate, optimize, and style the code with a speed that defies gravity.
  • Automated CI/CD deployment: Implementation of an integration pipeline via GitHub, directly linked to Netlify. At the 60th minute, the finished and stable product was online.

The Exfra approach, from idea to impact

To support this complex financial engine, Exfra deployed an Enterprise-grade and highly scalable cloud-native software architecture.

  • Backend microservices architecture based on dividing the system into around ten independent microservices.
  • Native and ultra-fluid mobile application developed for iOS and Android.
  • Rich and responsive web application designed for complex analysis on desktop computers.
  • Showcase website optimized for SEO and internationalization.
  • Real-time and DevOps with the integration of Websockets and Firebase Cloud Messaging to send critical real-time push notifications to investors.

Results and technological impact

This project demonstrates Exfra studio's ability to handle end-to-end technical issues with a velocity that is rare on the market. It is this same capacity for execution, fast and product-oriented, that we put at the service of our clients every day.

If we can put this out in one hour for fun, imagine what our team can build for your strategic project.
